Great leaders possess a desire to succeed that is truly unique from the mainstream. Some of the worlds greatest inventions happened only after the inventor failed thousands of times. I believe high levels of faith is the most important quality that all great leaders must posses. Great leaders not only have great faith but also understand the value of believing in something.
